Albert L. Kellner, PhD

Dr. Kellner is a broad-based applied physicist, electrical engineer, and research scientist. With over 25 years of professional experience, Dr. Kellner has managed large-scale development projects for companies and universities including Westinghouse, and has consulted for numerous companies in areas ranging from optical networks to software engineering.

Dr. Kellner has authored over 60 publications in the fields of optical physics, integrated optics, fiber optic networks, solid state physics, and biomedical imaging. Dr. Kellner holds a BS in Applied Physics from the California Institute of Technology, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of California San Diego.
